The Operating System for Modern Work

The consolidated foundation for Workflow as a company, platform and physical workspace network.

The Operating System for Modern Work

Workflow is a technology-enabled workspace, community and talent platform that connects people, companies, workspace operators and commercial property owners through one intelligent operating ecosystem.

Workflow combines:

  • A zero-inventory coworking marketplace
  • A global network of flexible workspaces
  • An agentic operating system for workspace management
  • A professional and company membership network
  • A marketplace for talent, services and business opportunities
  • Physical Workflow XP locations and community experiences

Rather than operating primarily as a traditional coworking landlord, Workflow becomes the digital, operational and community layer connecting existing spaces with the people and organisations that need them.

Core Positioning

Workflow is the operating system, marketplace and community infrastructure for modern work.

It helps people find productive places to work, companies manage distributed teams, operators run more intelligent spaces and property owners activate underused commercial real estate.

The platform sits at the intersection of:

  • Coworking
  • Commercial property
  • Professional communities
  • Fractional talent
  • Business services
  • Artificial intelligence
  • Events and experiences

The Vision

Modern work is no longer confined to one headquarters, one employer or one type of workspace.

Professionals move between homes, offices, coworking spaces, client locations, studios, meeting rooms and third places. Companies increasingly operate through distributed teams, contractors, fractional specialists and global talent networks.

However, the infrastructure supporting this behaviour remains fragmented.

Workspace booking platforms help users reserve desks. Coworking software helps operators manage buildings. Talent platforms help companies hire professionals. Community platforms organise conversations and events.

Workflow unifies these activities into one ecosystem. A member can discover a space, book a desk, attend an event, meet collaborators, access AI assistance, join a professional community, offer services and secure work through a single Workflow identity.

Company Structure

Workflow Group

Workflow Group is the parent company responsible for the brand, network strategy, partnerships, expansion and commercial development.

Its initial strategic headquarters are:

  • London: commercial, community and market launch headquarters
  • Stockholm: technology, product and innovation headquarters

Operating and expansion markets include:

  • Lisbon
  • Stockholm
  • London
  • Austin
  • Miami

The Workflow Ecosystem

1

Workflow Community

The membership and network layer connecting professionals, freelancers, founders, creators, consultants, remote workers, startups, SMEs, enterprise teams, workspace operators, property owners, service providers and local communities. Members join communities organised around location, profession, company, industry or interest — e.g. Workflow Shoreditch, Workflow Stockholm, Workflow Founders, Workflow Creators, Workflow Consultants, Workflow AI, Workflow Property, Workflow Football, Workflow Music. Each community provides spaces, events, content, introductions, opportunities and specialist services.

2

Workflow Spaces

The zero-inventory coworking and workspace marketplace. Rather than owning every building, Workflow partners with independent coworking spaces, flexible office providers, hotels, cafés, studios, members' clubs, commercial landlords, corporate offices, universities, innovation hubs and retail property owners. Inventory includes hot desks, dedicated desks, private offices, meeting rooms, boardrooms, event venues, studios, project rooms, team suites, day offices, virtual offices and AI-enabled pods. The initial London network anchors in Shoreditch with reference partners such as Canvas Offices, WeWork and DEHOUSE.

3

Workflow XP

The physical experience and activation layer — technology-enabled spaces where members work, meet, learn, create and access professional services. A Workflow XP location may operate as a flagship coworking space, community clubhouse, business and innovation hub, temporary pop-up, partner space within an existing building, branded floor or zone, AI experience centre, retail-work hybrid, or event and learning venue. XP does not require Workflow to purchase or lease every location; it can deploy through management agreements, licensing, partnerships and space-within-a-space models.

4

Workflow Companies

The B2B environment for organisations managing modern and distributed workforces. Companies provide workspace access to employees, manage hybrid-work allowances, book offices and project rooms, organise team days, find fractional professionals, access business services, create private company communities, manage events and learning programmes, track workspace utilisation, consolidate workspace expenditure and coordinate distributed teams. Each company receives a dedicated organisational workspace.

5

Workflow Professionals

The member environment for independent workers, specialists and portfolio-career professionals. Members create verified profiles containing skills, experience, services, availability, location, portfolio, credentials, community participation, workspace preferences, and reviews and recommendations — using Workflow to find places to work, communities to join, people to meet and commercial opportunities to pursue.

6

Workflow Market

The marketplace for professional services, workplace products and business support. Categories include fractional executives, consultants, designers, developers, marketers, recruiters, accountants, legal professionals, coaches, photographers, production teams, event providers, AI specialists, workspace technology, office equipment, food and hospitality, and wellness services — transforming the coworking network from a property marketplace into a broader business market network.

7

Workflow Talent

Enables companies to discover and engage professionals from within the community. Engagement models include fractional work, freelance projects, contract assignments, interim leadership, advisory roles, part-time employment, project teams, embedded specialists and full-time recruitment. The platform recommends talent based on verified skills, availability, location, community reputation and previous work.

8

Workflow Events

Powers professional, educational, cultural and commercial programming across the network — founder meetups, workshops, masterclasses, product launches, demo days, networking events, investor sessions, office hours, community dinners, creative sessions, company off-sites, recruitment events and AI training programmes. Workspace partners can publish events, sell tickets and attract new members.

9

Workflow Academy

The learning and professional development layer — AI and digital skills, entrepreneurship programmes, leadership development, professional certifications, operator training, community management training, sales and marketing education, property activation programmes, and creator and freelancer education. Learning is delivered online, inside Workflow XP locations and through network partners.

Workflow AIA OS

Workflow AIA OS is the technology infrastructure powering the Workflow ecosystem — a fully agentic workspace operations and community management platform extended with AI agents, natural-language interfaces, intelligent automation and marketplace infrastructure.

The system can be deployed as Workflow's internal operating system, SaaS for independent workspace operators, white-label software for property owners, enterprise workplace infrastructure, a managed operating platform, or an API and integration layer.

Core OS Modules

Agent OS

Coordinates specialised AI agents across the platform — member enquiries, space discovery, booking, sales, lead qualification, community introductions, event management, billing, building support, reporting, marketing and workspace optimisation. A central Workflow Copilot manages these functions through natural language.

Member OS

Manages the complete member lifecycle: registration, identity verification, memberships, access permissions, preferences, bookings, payments, community participation, services, support, rewards and referrals.

Community OS

Helps operators create active, valuable and measurable professional communities — member directories, interest groups, location communities, introductions, messaging, announcements, events, recommendations, opportunities and community analytics. Proactively identifies members who would benefit from meeting one another.

Building OS

Manages the physical workspace environment — room and desk inventory, access control, visitor management, occupancy, environmental systems, maintenance, deliveries, internet and device support, AI pod management, digital signage and incident reporting.

Operations OS

Manages recurring workspace processes — opening and closing checks, cleaning schedules, maintenance workflows, supply management, staff tasks, room preparation, vendor coordination, issue escalation and service-level monitoring.

Sales OS

Supports enquiries, tours, proposals and membership conversion — captures leads, qualifies requirements, recommends spaces, schedules tours, generates proposals, follows up automatically, tracks pipeline stages, recommends pricing and identifies expansion opportunities.

Finance OS

Manages membership billing, workspace bookings, invoices, deposits, refunds, revenue sharing, partner payouts, accounts receivable, financial reporting, tax information and subscription management. Integrations include ACH direct debits and QuickBooks Online.

Events OS

Provides event creation, venue allocation, ticketing, invitations, attendee management, sponsorship inventory, check-in, communications, post-event follow-up and event analytics.

Marketplace OS

Manages transactions between members, companies, operators and service providers — listings, service packages, requests, proposals, bookings, contracts, payments, reviews, commissions and dispute management.

Intelligence OS

Converts platform activity into operational and commercial insight — analysing occupancy, booking patterns, member engagement, community health, revenue performance, lead conversion, churn risk, space demand, event performance, service demand and network growth. Recommends actions rather than merely displaying dashboards.

Integration OS

Connects Workflow with third-party systems — Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Apple Calendar, QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe, access-control platforms, smart-building systems, CRM platforms, email and messaging tools, video-conferencing platforms, property management systems and HR and workplace systems.

Mobile OS

The Workflow member app gives users access to space discovery, bookings, digital access passes, membership management, community feeds, messaging, events, marketplace services, payments, support and the Workflow Copilot. A white-label version can be offered to operators and property partners.

Workflow Identity

Every member, organisation, operator and space receives a persistent Workflow ID.

Workflow ID acts as a portable professional and workspace identity containing:

  • Profile
  • Organisation
  • Memberships
  • Access permissions
  • Booking history
  • Skills
  • Credentials
  • Community reputation
  • Payment methods
  • Preferences
  • Reviews
  • Professional relationships

This allows users to move across the Workflow network without recreating their identity at every location.

The Workflow Intelligence Loop

Workflow operates through a continuous intelligence loop:

Discover

Find spaces, people, events and services.

Match

AI identifies the best options based on intent and context.

Business Model

Workflow operates through a diversified revenue model.

Membership Revenue

  • Individual memberships
  • Professional memberships
  • Company memberships
  • Team workspace plans
  • Premium community memberships
  • Global network access plans

Booking Revenue

Workflow earns commissions or booking fees from desks, offices, meeting rooms, event spaces, studios, team days and project spaces.

SaaS Revenue

Workspace operators and property owners pay for Workflow AIA OS through monthly subscriptions, per-location pricing, per-member pricing, enterprise licences, white-label licences and managed-service contracts.

Marketplace Revenue

Workflow receives commissions from transactions involving professional services, fractional talent, events, training, workspace products, business services and technology products.

Management and Licensing Revenue

Workflow can manage or license branded spaces through management agreements, revenue-sharing arrangements, franchise agreements, brand licensing, operating partnerships and space activation contracts.

Enterprise Revenue

Companies can purchase hybrid-work memberships, distributed workspace access, private company communities, team-event programmes, learning programmes, talent and service packages and workplace analytics.

Sponsorship and Brand Revenue

Technology, AI, workplace and professional-service brands can sponsor Workflow locations, events, communities, learning programmes, content, experience zones and member benefits.

Launch Strategy

Phase One: Shoreditch Network

Launch Workflow as a location-based market network in Shoreditch. Prioritise partner workspace onboarding, a founding professional community, space discovery and booking, member profiles, community events, the Workflow Copilot, operator tools and a local service marketplace. This creates market density without requiring Workflow to acquire large property liabilities.

Phase Two: London Expansion

Expand across key London work districts with cross-location memberships, company accounts, operator SaaS, a professional marketplace, talent services and branded Workflow XP activations.

Phase Three: Stockholm

Use Stockholm as the technology and innovation headquarters, building strong communities around AI, technology, startups, design, music, gaming and sustainability.

Phase Four: International Network

Expand through partnerships and managed locations in Lisbon, Austin and Miami. Each city operates as a local Workflow Community connected to the wider global network.

Strategic Advantage

Workflow's primary advantage is that it does not treat coworking as an isolated property product. It combines four normally separate markets:

Workspace

Community

Talent

Business services

This creates a network effect. More spaces attract more members. More members attract more companies and providers. More transactions improve the intelligence layer. Better intelligence produces stronger recommendations and higher-value communities.

Workflow therefore becomes more than a booking application or coworking operator. It becomes the infrastructure through which modern professionals and distributed companies organise where they work, who they work with and what they accomplish.
